Printful embroiders and ships all orders made through my online shop. Please keep in mind, Printful takes 2–5 business days to make a custom-ordered product plus shipping time. More than 50% of orders are shipped within 3 business days or less. If you wish to request a return or a refund for services provided by Printful, please use their contact form provided.
